IF YOU DECIDE TO MOVE 

## Move the workflow. Not just the addresses.

Export the required subscribers from Kit, retaining statuses. Document sequences, automation triggers and product delivery before moving. Reconcile cancelled and bounced contacts after import, and do not assume a sequence’s progress transfers with an email address.

Keep your original export. Test subscriber fields, suppression status, sender identity and signup links before your first campaign. Run a small validation send and allow time for the new provider’s onboarding process. Do not cancel your existing service until the replacement works.
